  • Hazardous materials — Flammable, explosive, corrosive, or toxic goods — fuels, gas cylinders, chemicals, batteries in bulk.
  • Illegal or controlled goods — Weapons, drugs, contraband, counterfeit goods, or anything prohibited under Singapore law.
  • Perishable goods — Food, plants, or any item that can spoil, rot, or attract pests.
  • Living things — Animals, pets, or plants — living or dead.
  • Cash & negotiable instruments — Currency, bearer bonds, cheques, or other liquid financial instruments.
  • Jewellery & high-value valuables — Jewellery, precious metals, gemstones, or collectibles requiring specialist insured storage.
  • Firearms, ammunition & fireworks — Guns, replica firearms, ammunition, explosives, flares, and pyrotechnics of any kind.
  • E-cigarettes & vaping devices — Vapes, pods, e-liquids, and components — illegal to possess in Singapore.
  • Wet, damp, or mould-affected items — Anything not fully dry — damp fabric or mould spreads to neighbouring units.
  • Unsealed or leaking liquids — Opened bottles, oils, paints, or any container that could seep, even if non-hazardous.
